Sanitization of Birrificio Sguaraunda

Craft brewery founded in the province of Bergamo and among the first in Italy. They have inspired and trained many of the current master brewers and brewery owners in our region. Their mission is to produce and offer quality unfiltered and unpasteurized beer using raw materials grown directly by them.

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

The following rooms were considered for the sanitation project: Warehouse, Cold Storage Room, Fermentation Room, Re-fermentation Room, Office, WC, Bottling Room, Company Store Area, Mill Room.

PROJECT GOAL

The goal of our project was to improve indoor air quality at the level of bacteria, viruses, yeasts, and mold and odor by installing a sanitization system consisting of apparatuses working through photocatalysis technology positioned at the air circulation system.

INTERVENTION DESCRIPTION

In order to achieve optimal room sanitization, Sanixair's choice is to install No. 6 AirBox devices, 6 AirSplit devices and 1 wall-mounted AirFrost device in the rooms. The 40sqm cold room, the mill area bathroom and the two hallways were not considered. The apparatuses will continuously sanitize the affected lezone. The apparatuses will be installed about 2.5m above the ground so that operators cannot touch or operate the manual controls of the system. The power cord of the products and provided with a 10A "Italy" model 2-pin power plug. If the power sockets are further than this height, conduits and sockets must be provided to allow the device to be connected.

RESULT

The microbiological analysis will be carried out on March 19 by our external laboratory, which will deliver the results to us in about ten days. After receiving the results we will be able to send our customer satisfaction to the customer.
